Volunteer Coordinator

The role of the Volunteers Coordinator is:

  • To ensure there are adequate opportunities for Volunteering at CHSCC
  • To process applications for Volunteering
  • To set up appropriate Volunteering placements for successful applicants
  • To provide ongoing support for Volunteers to ensure placements are positive and productive, including structured opportunities to reflect and receive constructive feedback
  • To provide an Induction programme and training opportunities as appropriate
  • To provide support for members of school staff to ensure placements are positive and productive, including structured opportunities to reflect and provide constructive feedback

A member of the Senior Leadership Team acts as Volunteers Coordinator at Chatsworth. Supported by the School Business Support Team, they are the initial point of contact for all volunteering enquires and may be contacted on the main school office telephone 0161 921 1405 or email chatsworth.highschool@salford.gov.uk
